Storing BPC-157: Best Practices
Condiciones de Almacenamiento de Laboratorio Recomendadas
Polvo Liofilizado: BPC-157 se destaca por ser estable a temperatura ambiente — una ventaja distintiva sobre la mayoría de los péptidos termolábiles. Sin embargo, la recomendación estándar es -20°C (-4°F) para almacenamiento a largo plazo y maximizar la vida útil.
Estabilidad Gástrica: Altamente resistente a la hidrólisis y degradación enzimática en jugo gástrico humano, permaneciendo estable durante >24 horas.
Solución Reconstituida: Refrigerar a 2–8°C (36–46°F). Utilizar protocolos estándar de manejo de péptidos: reconstituir con agua bacteriostática o solución salina estéril.
Manipulación: Permitir que el vial alcance la temperatura ambiente antes de abrirlo. Técnica aséptica estándar para todas las preparaciones. Descartar cualquier solución que se vea turbia o contenga material particulado.
