Storing Mots C: Best Practices
Condiciones de Almacenamiento de Laboratorio Recomendadas
Polvo Liofilizado: Almacenar en un recipiente seco, fresco y oscuro a -18°C a -80°C, desecado. Estable a temperatura ambiente durante períodos cortos (días) durante el envío.
Reconstitución: Agua estéril, agua bacteriostática o ácido acético diluido. No agitar vigorosamente para evitar la degradación.
Solución: Refrigerar a 4°C; estable durante 2–7 días. Para almacenamiento prolongado, alicuotar y congelar a -20°C. Evitar ciclos repetidos de congelación-descongelación.
Estabilidad: Los niveles plasmáticos disminuyen ~25% a 4°C/24h y 85–90% a temperatura ambiente en 2–3 horas.
Formas: Polvo blanco liofilizado en viales sellados (típicamente 10 mg); grado de investigación.
Manipulación: Permitir que los viales alcancen la temperatura ambiente antes de abrirlos para prevenir la condensación de humedad.
