Storing CJC-1295: Best Practices
Almacenamiento del Péptido Liofilizado
Almacenar los viales de CJC-1295 liofilizado a -20°C (-4°F). El péptido liofilizado es estable hasta 24 meses bajo estas condiciones. Proteger de la luz y la humedad.
Reconstitución
Reconstituir con agua bacteriostática estéril (0,9% alcohol bencílico) para estabilidad prolongada. Utilizar un movimiento de agitación suave y lento — no agitar vigorosamente. Permitir la disolución completa antes de extraer.
Manejo del Producto Reconstituido
Una vez reconstituido, almacenar a 2°C a 8°C (36°F a 46°F). Usar dentro de 14–21 días. Evitar ciclos repetidos de congelación-descongelación, que degradan la integridad del péptido. Desechar si la solución aparece turbia o contiene partículas.
